Disc number is displayed even for one-disc albums

Bug Description
I have some tracks in my collection that have a discnumber tag with a value of 1/1, and Decibel displays [Disc 1] after the album name. For multi-disc albums, it makes sense to show the disc number, but for albums where there's only one disc, it becomes unnecessary and confusing.
If I delete the tag then I don't see [Disc 1] displayed anymore, but I don't want to do that for my whole collection.

Fixed on trunk: Disc number is now ignored when it is equal to '1/1'.
