One of the very few things Decibel is missing is the ability to continuing playing after the application restart.

What do you mean exactly? Quitting DAP while playing and get it continue playing at the same position once it restarts? What happens if you stop playback before quitting?

Yes, this is exactly what I meant - you quit the app without stopping playback and after re-opening it plays the same playlist, the same track at the same place where you were upon quitting
