I'm having the same problem with the explorer view. I'm using version 1.00 on Ubuntu Karmic and it does not appear to be fixed.

Right now the explorer sorts files and folders starting with a number in this order:

1-10-11-12-...-19-2-20-21-22-...-29-3-...

and so on.

In order to get it to work properly I have to rename all files and folders, so that all numerical values have the same number of digits, i.e.: 01-02-03-04-...
