library no read permission hang

Bug Description
If I use the libary plugin to scan my disk with music it stops when it is almost done.
When I started decibel from a terminal instead I found it was because I didn't have read rights to lost+found. Adding read rights to lost+found fixed the problem. So some check for rights or read errors are neeeded. I would suggest just skipping a directory without read rights.
This was version 0.09 from ubuntu repo so if it's fixed in a new version I'm sorry.
