Settings and state should be remembered even when killed

Bug Description

It should not be necessary to manually close Decibel before logging out/shutting down for settings and state to be remembered.

So just write prefs.txt an saved-playlist.txt when they change internally, rather than waiting for a nice gtk-close event.

Also, it would be very nice if Decibel could recall its position in the playlist.

Logging out/shutting down should send the SIGTERM signal, not SIGKILL.

SIGTERM is now handled and preferences are saved (trunk).
