Bug Description
Binary package hint: decibel-
I've started Decibel and it has crashes because Dbus isn't running due to the last updates (I think hal has break it).
Anyway, Decibel should handle this better, and not crash because of it.

François, what do you think about this?
Could this be handled with a try/except block?
Low priority since this is in the IM plugin.
