decibel-audio-player.py crashed with DBusException in __new__()

Binary package hint: decibel-audio-player

I've started Decibel and it has crashes because Dbus isn't running due to the last updates (I think hal has break it).

Anyway, Decibel should handle this better, and not crash because of it.

Yes, I guess it would be possible, so that the corresponding functionality would be disabled if D-Bus is not available.
