Hi,
as seen in

This currently fails to build on ppc64el and s390x.

Upstream explcitly checks supported architectures now and only with the more recent 0.9.16 version
it got that support.

IMHO we can just wait for 0.9.16, but this bug provides the start of any action if someone disagrees.
Further via update-excuse it makes it easily discovered from there avoiding to re-debugg it.
