Bug Description

In Ubuntu 17.04 Zesty Zapus (x64) Veusz application (version 1.21.1-1 from repos) crashes with Segmentation fault at start:

VO table import: astropy module not available
SAMP: sampy module not available
QInotifyFileSystemWatcherEngine::addPaths: inotify_add_watch failed: Нет такого файла или каталога
QFileSystemWatcher: failed to add paths: /home/f0ma/.config/ibus/bus
Bus::open: Can not get ibus-daemon's address.
IBusInputContext::createInputContext: no connection to ibus-daemon
Segmentation fault

Gdb shows zero pointer accsess in sip_api_get_cpp_ptr.

Actual version veusz-1.25 may be built from source and install successfully.

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu better.

I also get a segmentation fault when attempting to start veusz 1.21.1-1 on Ubuntu Artful. I've also attached a bug watch to a Debian bug which I believe is the same issue.

This usually happens because the ABI of python sip has changed, so veusz needs to be rebuilt.
