html guide referenced in man page is not there

I installed subcommander using synaptic. In the manual pages (after executing "man subcommander"), I read:

Thank you for reporting this bug. I installed the subcommander package in Xubuntu 9.04, and found that the "subcommander-doc" package is a suggested package to be installed. Since it is suggested, it does not install with the subcommander application. After installing subcommander-doc, the /usr/share/ doc/subcommande r/html/ index.html does exist.
Please install the subcommander-doc package and comment back here if it works.
