please merge po files to upstream? source

I found software-properties in Rosetta is updated for translations but bzr(lp:ubuntu/software-properties, lp:ubuntu/oneiric/software-properties) and package source (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+files/software-properties_0.81.13.dsc and https://translations.launchpad.net/software-properties) are not.

Only https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+source/software-properties/+pots/software-properties is to get newest translation... it's too complicated way.

Debian tracks software-properties tarball version, however, it doesn't contain any updated po files.
Please merge those and put it to tarball.

I have noticed that this is still a problem in latest Debian. The "Software & Updates" GTK application has most of its strings untranslated in Debian in our (Czech) language although it is fully translated in Ubuntu.[1] When looking at the Debian bug tracker, it looks like that many other language translations have the same problem.

When looking at the software-properties po files[2] at Debian Salsa GitLab, it looks like that they were never updated, only the pot template was.

I have tried contacting Ubuntu and Debian developers of software-properties, but did not get any reply from them, so I have at least reported it as a Debian issue here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1035019

I am not sure how translations of this component are handled in Debian, but please consider syncing them from Ubuntu.

When looking at the Git history of our (Czech) po file, it looks like that it was last imported from Ubuntu in 2015 and never updated: https://salsa.debian.org/pkgutopia-team/software-properties/-/commits/debian/master/po/cs.po

It's all the same people on both sides and I didn't close the Debian bug so it's on my mind, but that's hard to have a general process for.

It's not an issue for the Ubuntu package since we use language packs
