sim: New version available

Since 4th of march version 0.9.4.3 is available.
(I hope this is an accepted way reporting version updates.)

And I don't understand why the old Sim is still in repository and not the new one. Version 0.9.4.3 is more stable so when I recommend to someone Sim as the best IM, he has to install Debian packages from http://sim-im.org/wiki/Download.
