Documentation is installed into the wrong directory

The documentation (in the docs directory of the tarball) is installed to /usr/share/pyshared/rope/docs/ instead of /usr/share/doc/python-rope. I'm attaching a patch that fixes this (please correct debian/changelog as necessary, it's just meant to detail the change I've made).

Patch is against karmic version, 0.9.2-1.
