Bug Description

The Qt Creator package cannot be found and/or installed using GNOME Software (Ubuntu Software) because the qtcreator.desktop file contained in the package is missing a "Comment" section that is required by AppStream to generate correct metadata.

[Test Case]
1. Open the GNOME Software application.
2. Type "Qt Creator" into the search bar.
