Please remove pyabiword and its binary

- The last commit in upstream's svn is from September 2009

These reverse-depends will also need to be removed unfortunately (but then again, they don't work anyway)

Dear Jeremy,

Thank you for writing about the bug.

Wish to ask you on how we could get the sugar packages back to Ubuntu
Universe.

Our team and collaborators pushed packages but didn't maintain them. We do
have all the necessary documentation to package activities.

Manu, these sugar activities won't go back in Ubuntu and Debian until pyabiword is fixed but no one has really worked on pyabiword in years.
