Bug Description

This is following Debian with:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1001213

And the upstream issue:
https://github.com/Segfault-Inc/Multicorn/issues/269

This is incompatible with postgresql-14 (bug 1949579) and generally no more maintained.
Please remove it from Jammy to unblock the postgresql-14 transition.
