Bug Description

This is on a fresh install of ubuntu 17.10 concerning password-gorilla 1.5.3.7-1

On saving the password database after adding a new login,
tcl/tk tries to access /sbin/ifconfig and fails as this binary is not available.
Saving without adding a new login is working.

After installing the package net-tools everythings is working fine again.
