Remove packages that fail to build with ffmpeg 7, batch 2

We should conclude the ffmpeg 7 transition before Ubuntu 24.10 is released. We'll probably end up doing this the same way Debian did by removing broken packages from Testing. Here is an initial batch of packages to remove.

All of these packages will need a new upload to build again, so they will automatically sync back into Ubuntu once fixed.

hey, notcurses author and maintainer here. we've already got this fixed upstream, and just need to cut a release, which i intend to do this weekend. i'd sure appreciate it if you could hold off until then.
