Bug Description

while installing/reinstalling midori on Precise i386 i get this error:

setting midori (0.4.3-1ubuntu1) ...
rmdir: failed to delete "/ etc / xdg / midori / extensions / libadblock.so ': No such file or folder of this type

in fact libadblock.so is found into /usr/lib/midori/ like all the other *.so files; not into /etc/xdg/midori/....

this issue has already been reported elsewhere, like:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=660303
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=652850

where the conclusion seems to be:

it's the role of dpkg-maintscript-helper to take care of that.

Well, that issue is still there into Wily.
The Midori upstream dev is thinking that issue is gone (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=645191), the Debian maintainer is tired of the upstream choice (stupid waf script used) and has give up.
