Bug Description

Please backport mediathekview 3.0.0-1 (universe) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================

The version 2 isn't usable any more. The data format of the german
television has been changed in an incompatible way (see also notice on
http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/MediathekView).

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

A tested backport is available in ppa:dirk-computer42/c42-backport.
It was generated from the current quantal version

* quantal:
[x] Package builds without modification
[x] mediathekview installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies

Consider that raring has already 3.1
In ppa:dirk-computer42/c42-backport is already 3.2.1 (synced from debian)
