Added to the list of missing manpages.

       When writing manual pages please ensure that they are conforming with The Single
       UNIX Specification (see below). Linux ought to be conforming to this specifica-
       tion. Differences need to be documented, in additional sections, though.

Seems these manpages actually do exist, but in a different package, namely manpages-posix-dev. Probably that makes this bug invalid, but it would make sense to change the package description to point at manpages-posix-dev or at least list it as suggested.
