Same here with Lide 25.

Additionally the scanner was not recognized by udev and I had to add the following to /etc/udev/rules.d/45-libsane.rules:
# Canon CanoScan N670U/N676U/LiDE20
SYSFS{idVendor}=="04a9", SYSFS{idProduct}=="2220", MODE="664", GROUP="scanner"
