Bug Description

jitsi fails to build with unmappable-character errors, and also with a conflict between the old Java annotation processing tool and the new /usr/bin/apt from Debian's apt. See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=759835 for details. Since nothing currently depends on it and since this blocks a rebuild against libav11, I'm demoting it to -proposed until this is solved.
