Bug Description
The manual page says that the "--save" option will write out your selected options to the file ~/.jack3rc but not all options are written there, and some configuration directives are not available as options. For example, when I ran jack, it complained that the "base_dir" variable was not set, and I noticed that the value of the -Q option does not get written to the generated .jack3rc.
For what it's worth, here is what I ended up with. The file /usr/share/
