Bug Description

gcin and hime fail to build with gcc-10, and have been dropped from Debian testing for now.

The Debian gcin maintainer chose to also update to a newer version, but it seems to be a pure bug fix release. Should be fine to sync; no FFe needed. Upstream changelog below according to Google Translate:

2.9.0

-bug fix: If the editing area of the gtab input method displays the setting "application editing area", the window position for selecting the word is wrong.

-bug fix: Under Xu's keyboard, the "A" of "flattering" cannot be entered

-gtab input method can pre-select blank words, like New York

-gcc 10 compatible

2.8.9:

-Fixed the problem of using gtk3, the default is changed to gtk3

-Fixed the problem that 41 keys can be phonetic without tone.
