Use GTK3 and Python 3 instead of 10 years old GTK2 in fslint

fslint has been removed from Debian testing because it uses 8 years old unmaintained pygtk libraries. pygtk is unmaintained upstream. It has not had a release since GNOME 3 was released in 2011 !
The way forward is to port fslint to use GObject Introspection bindings.

Here I am on Ubuntu 22.04 and the above steps do not work.

Any workaround available? Will this ever be moved to GTK3?

Nevermind. I have found fslint has been forked and is now czkawka and works perfectly.
