update to latest version to get CJK fonts

Recently Google released CJK fonts for Noto Sans, considering high quality open source CJK fonts are rare, the update is very important for CJK users, please update this package to latest version.

There is a wishlist bug requesting to split it into families, I'm not
sure if we really want to do it, It probably lead to one source
containing 28+ binary packages!. Since upstream doesn't ship
individual families still I thought of waiting. What do you think?

And yes I need to remove the closes on the bug#754926 as Chang
mentioned CJK variants are not included in the main hinted folder.
Also size comes to around 419M :-O.

Sure I will remind the dput-ng magic command once I've fixed. it and
yes DM on split package won't help if we split it should be uploaded
by a DD first.

I think this is more complicate than just "update" the package.

fonts-noto including CJK coverage has been released as 2015-05-11+cjk-1 for unstable and wily. Also it has been backported to trusty, utopic and vivid.
