Bug Description
If one just installs libcurlpp-dev, there will be no curl (i.e. libcurl4) installed on the system and linking will fail as the -lcurl flag from pkg-config cannot be resolved!

Hello there,
This issue has been fixed in version 0.8.1-2.1 which is installed in the Debian unstable archive.
Migration to testing will be done with version 0.8.1-3 which will be release soon.
