Bug Description

Hi! The synced package from debian still have an erroneus watch file. I cant reopen previous bug.

uscan warning: In debian/watch,
  no matching hrefs for watch line
  http://code.google.com/p/google-ctemplate/downloads/list http://google-ctemplate.googlecode.com/files/ctemplate-(.*).tar.gz

The debian/watch file is erroneus.

IMHO a fixed watch file isn't worth diverging from Debian.
I'm pretty confident that the Debian package will be fixed.
