And tonight I've noticed that at the start of daylight savings time
CET -> CEST that jobs scheduled between 2:00 and 3:00 are not run at
all, in blatant conflict with the manpage which explicitly states that
cron _will_ take this into account.

This is observed with 3.0pl1-105.

If you're not going to fix this DST mess, at least change the manpage to
document the way it's working!
