This is a new build dependency for pgloader which is currently failing to build in Xenial since this package is missing.

I am not sure if it will be accepted because an upload with the same version already existed in Ubuntu: <https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ cl-utilities/ 1.2.4-1>. But that was long time ago, so who knows…
