Bug Description
autopep8 can be used as a module,
```
import autopep8
```
With Python 2, this is working fine, but for Python 3, one currently has to reside to installing autopep8 via pip, for example;
```
pip3 install autopep8
```
For the sake of completeness, please also provide python3-autopep8 in Ubuntu.
