Bug Description
Using aptitude 0.4.0, Kubuntu Dapper:
"aptitude --help" gives the list of commands.
One of these ("aptitude changelog") is given in a translated form in the list (as "muutosloki"), which doesn't work if given to aptitude as a command. Using "aptitude changelog foo" works as expected.
The expected behaviour is to display the English language commands along with the Finnish explanation, if the program is used in a localised environment.

OK, I'll manage to correct this.
Daniel, could you mention me your wishes for l10n handling now that
sarge is released ?
Should I now focus only on the 0.3 branch and make corrections only
there, the other branch being then kept for further updates related to
sarge (ie only security and RC bug corrections).
