RFE: apt-build should default to architecture "native" with newer GCC releases

Bug Description
Binary package hint: apt-build
Since it is not really obvious which GCC architecture setting is the appropriate one, it would be better to always use "native" if the installed GCC version supports it. That should be the correct setting for most users.
