Bug Description
Binary package hint: adduser
Hook script support (running scripts when a user is added or deleted) would be useful. The Canonical OEM Services group patches adduser to add support for it. I recently passed that patch on to Debian, who has a long-standing wishlist bug for this.
This is largely a tracking bug, as I doubt we want to add support for it without Debian adopting the same directory names and all.
