Gnash is still quite incomplete right now, even if under heavy development. I don't know if it is suitable for inclusion even in universe. That's of course up to you, the ubuntu developers.

I hope that even if gnash is still too incomplete, this bug might still be useful as a reminder for later packaging.

Even if incomplete, for ppc users is a must, as macromedia's proprietary flash player is not available for linux-ppc.
