Bug Description
Compiz-Switch is a simple program to switch Compiz off and on easily.
This is a GPL v3 software and there is already an Ubuntu package on the author's blog:

Is it possible to add this usefull program to an Ubuntu repository?

This package is already being prepared upstream at Debian. Any potential packagers may want to coordinate their efforts.
Other than that, everything looks alright.
