wxFormBuilder

wxFormBuilder (http://www.wxformbuilder.org) is the only good, free, WYSIWYG, cross-platform, GUI designer for wxWidgets (http://www.wxwidgets.org).
Its scope is limited to GUI design, so it generates code that is independent of any one platform.
It currently generates C++ code and XRC, an XML-based wxWidgets resource description.

I'm not sure why the bug didn't get closed by the changelog, but wxformbuilder is definitely available as a package in Hardy Alpha 6.
