Bug Description
Updating python3-defaults should trigger ipython's tests with the new cloud infra, but doesn't. This is presumably because britney's reverse dependencies parser doesn't recognize the python3:any dependency.

Rolled out this particular fix to britney, http:// people. canonical. com/~ubuntu- archive/ proposed- migration/ update_ excuses. html#python3- defaults correctly has ipython now.
