Bug Description
TEST CASE:
1. use intrepid
2. switch to finnish
3. run apt-get update
4. verify that apt-cache show oggconvert is english (the bullet-point part)
5. enable intrepid-proposed
6. run apt-get update
7. verify that apt-cache show oggconvert is now completely finnish
I have some examples of translations that are old enough in ddtp-ubuntu but not visible in gnome-app-install or Synaptic:
Restricted extras: https:/
https:/
https:/
Rhythmbox: https:/
FFMPEG plugin: https:/
https:/
Thoggen https:/
There might be others, but just to give some pointers.

Thanks for your bugreport.
I just checked against http:// archive. ubuntu. com/ubuntu/ dists/intrepid/ multiverse/ i18n/Translatio n-fi and the ubuntu- restricted- extras summary is in the Translations file. It seems like the problem is that the package description text changed relatively shortly before the release and that was not catched by a updated upload :( Sorry for that.
Rhythmbox shows correctly for me with finish locales (apt-cache show and synaptic). Not sure what the problem might be.
thoggen and ffmpeg are a error on my side :/
We should do a ddtp update to intrepid-proposed with a new update. Only people with intrepid-proposed (and later intrepid-updates) would see it, but there is little we can do about this. I fixed the debian import again (that was broken because of changes on the ddtp server) so we should get a bunch of new translations from debian as well.
I will prepare a upload with that.
