Thanks for your bug report.
It is better to report seperate bug reports since these needs to be fixed in several packages which makes it easier to handle/track, I have created seperate bug reports for the issues and reported them to debian and subscribed you.
3) This issue seems to be fixed in the actual package description of libghc-tagsoup-doc and libghc- tagsoup- prof, libghc6-tagsoup-doc and libghc6- tagsoup- prof are transitional dummy packages for a long time now. Some leftover?
4) Not sure if automagically is incorrect, it is a correct english word: http:// en.wiktionary. org/wiki/ automagical
