calculate indexing progress time based on hashing speed

Bug Description

It's a minor request but it bothers me: please calculate the time required to index the shared files by hashing speed, not the number of files per hour which is not very relevant to the process.

both are being used and it's an average of both that is then shown, i wonder why...

fixed in rev 2599. the per-file speed will now only be used as a fallback when the actual speed isn't available.
