A call for a better hublist status messages

Bug Description

Since the users have no idea what the hublist cache is and it even exist or not, I think that the "Hub list loaded from cache" status message should be replaced with something more informative, like "This is a cached version as of 2009. 01. 01. Hit refresh to reload"

Also, the "Hub list downloaded" could have a "Hub list downloaded from Coral" version.

doesn't the downloader auto-switch to non-Coral when Coral servers are failing? if so, then only checking for the Coral setting may not be enough.
