DC++ not releasing user list on connection closed

Happened multiple times, also on NMDC hubs.
Toast confirmed this bug too, so I'm changing it to confirmed...

This bug had a possible fix by poy before 0.7091. But LG says it still happens in 0.7091 : https://bugs.launchpad.net/dcplusplus/+bug/305814. Or perhaps it's not related.

Nobody did see this bug happen again since poy fix in 0.7091
