max upload speed cannot be set above 100

Bug Description
I use linuxdcpp in a Gbit network but it is not possible to configure an upload speed larger than 100 in settings-
I have linuxdcpp 1.0.1 core 0.698 on Debian Testing/Unstable. Hub version is 0.7.15

That is a bit of an ambiguous string. It doesn't limit the upload speed to that, it's just used for telling other people what you "theoretical" maximum upload is. :)
However i won't close this, since maybe a 1000 should be added ? :)
