Bug Description
I have 2 slots open now, but i'm currently uploading to several people more cause they have set (or automatically generated) segment size to 64KB and that is my minislot aximum size.
Since i can't lower minislot size below 64KB, those people are always in front of my upload queue.
I have also some suggestions:
- <Del> key doesn't work in "Finished uploads" and "Finished downloads" until you unfold context menu
- Double click doesn't work on search combo box (it allowed you to select a word completely)
- I dislike absolutely that automatic tab re-ordering. I mean: i have 4 rows of tabs (open hubs) and when you click one tab, entire row is moved down to be near hub content. This way i never know where determinate hub is (with its usual position).
- All transfer bars should refer to entire file and reflect which block is being read/written. 500 pixels of a bar for 64KB block doesn't help me knowing if it's fast or slow.
- Remaining time column in connections tab. My ordenation is usually by that field (remaining time).
- Uploads tab. Or Downloads+Uploads tab: A tab showing what files are being uploaded or downloaded (and number of users) in my computer.
And... one personal opinion:
- I can agree in using free software to build DC++, but only if it's better than commercial one. And it's clear in this case it does not. It may take up to v0.710 to reach the level of correction of v0.699. Too few free programs are better that commercial ones.
Anyway, i'm very greetful to people behind DC++ (not the same for the compiler). This is getting better every day.
Regards.

Yes, this sounds like a definite issue. Your suggestions should be filed in their own bug reports individually, so it's possible to keep track of them easier. :)
But regarding

I also really dislike that, and investigated it a bit. Turns out the problem is with Windows. I even posted a topic on the msdn's forums asking about a way to disable this. Nobody answered. :@ forums. microsoft. com/MSDN/ ShowPost. aspx?PostID= 2686458& SiteID= 1&pageid= 0
