Bug Description
Bug was reported to LinuxDC++ and the submitter was instructed to resubmit it here. I guess that didn't happen.

Confirmed this with the linuxdcpp cvs and DC++ 0.704 (and it seems that the latest svn is affected as well). Also it seems that some hubs don't resend the empty message, but atleast aquila did (tested also with old opendchub which didn't).
