TransferView CustomDraw issue

Bug Description

When getting a filelist, allow the filelist download to finish, when it says Idle in the status section, right click the same user from the same hub and re-get the filelist, what happens is the custom drawing goes awry I will attach an image to show this (once I mark this bug private)

I can confirm this but after the file list re-transfer I had to hover the mouse pointer over the line in Status coloumn to get the repaint problem.

Additionally, doing the above steps I found that there's a negative value in the Time Left coloumn: http://imagesup.net/?di=013752173979

fixed by simplifying something; however i forgot why i made it more complex in the first place.

the transfer list might (or might not) seem more "jumpy" when new connections are created. needs testing...

rev 3335 fixes this differently: it shows when more has been transferred but the bar and timeleft values remain within reasonable bounds.
