Bug Description
DC² needs a script for creating easily basefiles (the files which content is a basic chroot) for
debian and redhat based distros.
the needed software should use debootstrap and rinse.

For the 0.1 release:
there will be only debian based distros released for the 0.1 release.
This is fixed with the next commit of the lp:dc2/0.1 branch and already in the main branch lp:dc2
