Bug Description

Testing extraction/metadata_mineralization_kinetics_dist, after submitting the form,
the page shows a PHP error with "Undefined index: modes".
Debug mode precises at protected/modules/soeretypo/models/Mode.php(83) due to lack of $permissions['modes'].

This means that the permissions are not set on "mode".
The page should not fail with an PHP error but show a warning to the user.

I can't reproduce the bug, except by removing the code that sets the permissions.
