Bug Description

at the same time, I received two emails:
the one quoted at bug #734842 and the usual email from the daemon :
"
Cher Olivier Maury
Démon de création de fichier XLS : L'exécution de la tâche n°216 s'est finie le 14 mar 2011 14:44:00.The zip file has been correctly processed

Cordialement

The first, quoted in the last bug report, must be included in the email sent by the daemon, not sent separately.

Changed in datum:
assignee: nobody → Nautile bleu (nautilebleu)
importance: Undecided → Medium

How the default can be customized to include the text (and the link) of the custom e-mails? Or can I prevent the JobRunner to send mails when a job ends successfully so only the custom mail is sent?

Changed in datum:
status: New → In Progress

I changed a little the phpdoc for Task::render() in r942.
Called by Job::execute() and Job::executeNext(), Task::render() returns a HTML code which will be included into the email body and into a notification, shown to the user if the browser is active, after
"Démon de création de fichier XLS : L'exécution de la tâche n°216 s'est finie le 14 mar 2011 14:44:00."
and before
 "Cordialement"

As you can see in the quoted email, it is already the case, the string
"The zip file has been correctly processed"
comes from XlsTask.

If you prefer not to use the default layout, you can change Job::execute() and Job::executeNext() to not send email and notifications when Task::render() returns false.

As of r1179, I've tried to prevent the default mail to be sended following your comment, but it doesn't change anything.
